Rebecca is a dual qualified solicitor and trade mark attorney who co-founded Sipara in 2010. Rebecca specialises in retail IP and enjoys working with clients and their suppliers to achieve effective world-wide sourcing and retail of products. Rebecca’s practice covers the full range of IP and her goal is to work with clients to ensure their IP portfolios, policies and procedures match and support their business needs.

Rebecca is on the Industrial Designs and Trade Dress committee of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property. Rebecca is on the Intellectual Property Regulation Board’s Disciplinary Panel. Rebecca has been appointed as an expert by the European Commission-funded ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk. Rebecca is on the International Trade Mark Association’s Leadership Development Committee. Rebecca has a Certificate in Advanced Negotiation from CEDR.
